The important part though, is POSTING. When you post a letter,everybody who has subscribed gets a copy at the same time. If your noteis strictly personal, it may be better to send it as personal E-mail,but if it has anything to do with the Fitz-Randolphs, let's share it.Surprisingly, a chance remark may open a whole new area for someone who happens to be watching from the other side of the country.
When responding, it's always nice to quote a little of the previous letter in order to connect the thought, but not the whole thing. We've read it already and the repetition just clutters the mailbox.

So, Fitz-Mail is where we can ask questions about missing relatives, helpfind links to other Fitz-Randolph-related groups and webpages, post queries and discuss allkinds of things related to the Fitz-Randolph Family. Asking for a littlecomputer help is not amiss, but we try to stay on the subject. Poems,recipes, etc. have their own lists - somewhere else. Here we talk aboutthe Fitz-Randolphs.

You might like to make a note of it in your address book. This is the "Letter" mode. There is also a "Digest" mode. It's the same material, just sent in batches, less frequently.
